Job Description

Role & responsibilities Have a SPANCO model and identify institutions to focus for site delivery. (Both Gov. & Private) (Suspect, Prospect, Approach, Negotiate, Close, Operational) To maximize loading of SR from our customer in order to achieve incremental market share growth Timely bill submission along with proper supporting documents to the customers Regular follow-ups and collaboration with customer departments for expediting the bill payments Collect clear (undisputed) amount Timely validation from user departments on customer disputes Relationship Management Interface with Customer & Corporate Coordination & leverage with Environment Management group Coordination with SA field team for survey Input proposals to institutions identified and follow-up with clearances. Aware of all Statutory compliances & MC Policies Mapping of SRs with possible IA option. Keep track of major developments in place (viz. smart cities, etc.) and engage with the concerned authorities. Maintain good engagements with major Government and Statutory institutions. End to End Tender Management Pre tender data collation Preparation & Submission of Tender Post Tender engagements Perks and benefits
