Maintain daily bookkeeping and journal entries in Tally Record and reconcile stock/inventory movements (raw materials, components) Generate monthly GST, TDS, and ESI/PF reports Handle bank reconciliations , vendor payments, and sales/purchase bills Prepare MIS reports , ledgers, and trial balances Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required Ensure timely compliance with all statutory obligations Strong command over Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Knowledge of inventory management within Tally Familiar with ESI, PF, PT, GST, and TDS filing Working knowledge of MS Excel & basic accounting principles Attention to detail, organized, and proactive reporting attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
