We are seeking an experienced Cinematographer with 3-7 years of experience in the film and media industry in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to bring stories to life through visual storytelling. The Cinematographer will work closely with directors, producers, and other crew members to achieve the desired aesthetic and ensure the highest quality of cinematography in all projects. Responsibilities Collaborate with the director to create the visual style and mood of the film or project. Manage camera crews and oversee the technical aspects of filming, including lighting, camera operation, and shot composition. Select and maintain camera equipment and accessories, ensuring they are suitable for the project requirements. Monitor and maintain the quality of the footage captured, making necessary adjustments during filming. Work closely with the post-production team to ensure the final cut aligns with the original vision and intent of the project. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field. Proven experience in cinematography with a portfolio showcasing previous work. Proficiency in operating various camera types (DSLR, RED, ARRI, etc.) and understanding different lenses and filters. Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment, including LED lights, softboxes, and reflectors. Familiarity with editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams on set. Ability to adapt to various shooting conditions and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
