• Expertise in the operation of gimbals and stabilizers to create smooth, dynamic moving shots, particularly for showcasing expansive real estate properties.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary cinematography techniques, including composition, angle selection, and storytelling through visuals.
• In-depth understanding of lighting techniques to achieve the best possible representation of both indoor and outdoor real estate environments.
• Hands-on experience in aerial photography and drone operation for capturing large scale plots and providing unique, high-impact perspectives.
• Strong knowledge of different camera lenses and their suitability for various types of real estate filming scenarios, ensuring optimal visual quality.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee all video shoots, ensuring the accurate representation of Narayana Infra's plotting layouts and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to conceptualize and create compelling videos for promotional and investor-focused content.
• Utilize advanced cinematography and lighting techniques to create visually stunning and engaging videos that differentiate Narayana Infra in the market.
• Operate 4K cameras, gimbals, and drones to capture both ground level and aerial footage of properties and land developments.
• Edit and color grade footage to produce polished, professional video content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative technologies to continuously improve the visual quality and creativity of project outputs.
• Manage and maintain all filming equipment, ensuring readiness and functionality for scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and support cross-functional teams with visual content expertise for digital and offline campaigns.
