Description Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Offshore Solutions Architect to join our team and play a key role in a legacy modernization program for a leading telecom client. The initiative focuses on transitioning workloads from Oracle OSM to a modern, Java-based, Spring Boot microservices architecture. This role requires a dynamic professional adept at designing and documenting complex architectures, workflows, and integrations while collaborating with onshore leaders and stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural DesignoDesign scalable, reliable, and efficient microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot. oWrite and deliver comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, detailing workflows, integrations, and system interactions oDevelop end-to-end workflow designs and system interactions for telecom service activation processes. oLead architectural decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. Collaboration CommunicationoCollaborate closely with onshore leaders to gather requirements and align on architectural strategies. oEffectively articulate ideas, solutions, and recommendations with confidence and clarity. oWork across cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operations teams, ensuring seamless implementation of designs. Technical ExpertiseoDesign and document business processes using BPMN technologies; experience with Camunda is highly preferred. oBuild and integrate event-driven architectures leveraging pub-sub models and tools. oEnsure adherence to telecom domain standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Preferred Skills: oExperience with AWS Cloud Services, container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (K8s), and front-end frameworks like Angular. oKnowledge of telecom provisioning systems and migration strategies. QualificationsExperienceoMinimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture roles, with a focus on microservices and BPMN technologies. oDemonstrated experience in legacy modernization projects, ideally within the telecom domain. Technical Skills: oStrong hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and event-based architectures. oProficiency in BPMN tools and technologies (e.g., Camunda, Activiti, JBPM). oUnderstanding of containerized environments, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and frontend technologies. Soft Skills: oStrong verbal and written communication skills in English. oConfident, articulate, and opinionated, with the ability to influence decision-making processes. oCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse, global teams.
