**Primary Skills** Major incident management or incident management 247 Production Support Splunk for troubleshooting production incidents, creating and monitoring Dashboards, SLOs, Alerts Responsibilities: Drive troubleshooting, analysis, and RCA for production issues Test and validate system performance Communicate with line of business and stakeholders the overall status and health of the platform (application and infrastructure) Minimize service disruption by driving timely resolution of incidents Maintains service-level agreements Coordinate and communicate post deployment activities after every release Manage weekly releases and upgrades Ensure all releases are thoroughly tested to maintain stable system Effectively communicate the release plan and timely updates to relevant stakeholders Exhibits a strong sense of urgency for high severity incidents. Able to assess the customer impact and provide tactical solutions Look for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, and speed of determining root cause Knowledge management within the team Primary (Mandatory) skills: Experience working with incident management tools like service now, Jira or similar Hands-on experience with Incident and problem management 5+ years of experience working in 247 Production Support team 4+ years of experience in using Splunk for troubleshooting production incidents 3+ years of experience in creating and monitoring Dashboards, SLOs, Alerts using APM tools like Datadog, Splunk 4 + years of experience working with Visual Studio, Jenkins, and GitHub The ability to guide and mentor other members within the team and improve the way to collaborate, learn, and share ideas Strong written and verbal communication skills are required Secondary (Good to have) skills: Familiar with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC tools and practices:Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Integrating with APIs Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Named Job Posting?
