Job Title: Chinese Language Expert – International Sales Representative Location: [City, India] | Full-Time Department: International Sales Shifts: As per Chinese Time Zone / Rotational (if required) Key Responsibilities: Communicate fluently with Chinese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat for product presentations, negotiations, and order closures. Generate and follow up on leads from Chinese markets (mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.). Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact. Translate sales and marketing materials from English to Chinese and vice versa. Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the Chinese region.
