Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chinese Commi II to join our team at The Fern Residency. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes according to established standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure all food meets quality control standards before service.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
