Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience overseeing the development and dissemination of technology to ensure they are used appropriately, with strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop the technical aspects of the company's strategy to align with its business goals.
Ensure technological resources meet short-term and long-term needs.
Outline research and development goals.
Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure.
Create timelines for the development and deployment of technological services.
Identify and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
Assist departments in using technology profitably.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency, building quality assurance and data protection processes.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance and communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
Stay updated on technology trends and developments, ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
Knowledge of current technological trends to build a strategy.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Understanding of budgets and business planning.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
Excellent communication skills.
