Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/SVP/VP/Sr. Solution Architect to lead and shape the technical strategy of our AI startup. As a core member of our founding team, you will develop the technology stack, oversee product development, and ensure scalability. You will work closely with leadership to execute innovative solutions that drive our mission and align with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
• Product Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or any software products, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Hands on , Build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack to support the company’s growth and product needs.
• Innovation & Research: Optional Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency.
• Risk Management & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.

Qualification & Attributes:

• 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or any software tech startups.
• Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
• Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
• Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
