We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and shape the technical strategy of our AI startup. As a core member of our founding team, you will develop the technology stack , oversee product development , and ensure scalability . You will work closely with leadership to execute innovative solutions that drive our mission and align with our long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: Technical Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability. Product Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or any software products, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Hands on , Build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack to support the company’s growth and product needs. Innovation & Research: Optional Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency. Risk Management & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices. Qualification & Attributes: 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or any software tech startups. Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies. Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams. Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies. Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders. Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
