• Product & Service Development

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of IT services and solutions.
• Ensure high standards of software architecture, scalability, and performance.

• Security & Compliance

• Implement robust cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage risk across infrastructure, data, and applications.

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Present technology strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

• Operational Excellence

• Optimize technology operations for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive DevOps, automation, and cloud-native practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects and teams.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with strategic goals.
