Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer - Nuclear (CTO) located in Madurai. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all Nuclear Technology-related strategies and advancements within Lingam Industries. This includes driving development projects, leading product development initiatives, establishing Engineering strategies, and designing technical architecture. The CTO will work closely with other executives to align technology efforts with the overall business goals, manage technical teams, and ensure the delivery of innovative and efficient technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Research and Development, SMR Product Development, and the delivery of high-quality technological solutions.
• Proven experience in Project Management in the field of Nuclear Engineering, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional teams successfully.
• Strong skills in Particle Physics and SMR Architecture to support innovation and business scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and a strong vision for the role of technology in achieving business goals.
• Experience in mentorship and fostering team growth is a plus.
• Doctorate degree in Engineering and Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with emerging Renewable technologies and ability to evaluate and implement new solutions effectively.
