Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The CTO will lead the development and execution of the company’s technology roadmap, oversee software development, and drive innovation in product development. This role also involves managing IT strategies, architecture, and ensuring that technical resources align with company objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the CTO will play a pivotal role in fostering a scalable, secure, and efficient technological infrastructure.

Renumeration $230-250USD + ESOP + Bonus

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy
• Experience with system Architecture and technology decision-making
• Proven leadership in overseeing complex technical projects from inception to completion
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in technology-related leadership within startups or high-growth companies is a plus
