Job Description: The Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) will lead Group's sustainability initiatives, ensuring that our operations align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards. The CSO will develop and implement strategies to enhance sustainability, drive innovation, and promote a culture of environmental stewardship within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Policy Development: Formulate and implement policies related to sustainability, including waste management, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with ESG standards. Reporting and Compliance : Oversee the preparation of sustainability reports, ensuring transparency and adherence to global reporting standards. Innovation and Research: Drive research and development of sustainable technologies and practices within the organization. Training and Development: Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and foster a culture of environmental responsibility. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate sustainability related risks to the organizations.
