Build and scale a high-performance tech team to support the growth of our products. Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for the hospitality industry. Align technology goals with business objectives and provide regular updates to the executive team. You have a hands-on approach, comfortable with both leading high-level strategy and diving deep into architecture and product development.
