Chief Operating Officer (Jewellery Industry)

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the company’s ongoing business operations and ensuring organizational efficiency and profitability. The COO works closely with the CEO and senior management to implement strategic plans, manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments including production, sales, HR, finance, and logistics.
• Implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and manage department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Optimize resource allocation, cost control, and workflow efficiency.
• Support the CEO in strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Develop and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (10+ years) in operations or senior management roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Production.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
