Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies aligned with SRKKF’s vision and national development priorities, particularly the SDGs. Program Design & Execution: Conceptualize and implement scalable, high-impact programs in diverse geographic areas including rural, tribal, and urban regions. Field Implementation: Guide on-ground execution, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance, especially in underserved and remote communities. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with community leaders, NGOs, government agencies, donors, CSR collaborators, and internal teams. Monitoring & Evaluation: Design and apply robust impact assessment frameworks such as SROI, ESG metrics, and SDG-based indicators. Partnership Development: Build strategic alliances across India’s social impact ecosystem to enhance SRKKF’s outreach and effectiveness. Technology Integration: Champion the use of digital tools and data systems to improve program management and performance tracking. Resource Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation with transparency and accountability. Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all legal and policy frameworks, and develop comprehensive internal and external reporting. Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing, mission-driven team through effective mentorship, capacity building, and performance management. Must-Have Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field Proven track record in managing large-scale, impact-oriented, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Extensive field experience, especially in tribal and marginalized communities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills. Strong grasp of India’s development landscape including education, healthcare, sustainability, and livelihood sectors. Expertise in impact measurement tools such as SROI and ESG, with a focus on SDG alignment. Technological acumen to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making. Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the nonprofit, NGO, or CSR Sound financial and operational management capabilities.
