As we grow, we're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and scale our business efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities ✅ End-to-End Operations Management Oversee day-to-day platform operations, order processing, customer service, and partner coordination Ensure smooth digital gold transactions, ledger accuracy, and platform uptime ✅ Process Design & Optimization Build and streamline operational workflows (KYC, digital invoicing, reconciliation, etc.) Implement best practices and automation for scalability and efficiency ✅ Compliance & Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms (SEBI, KYC, AML, taxation, etc.) Coordinate with compliance/legal teams to minimize operational and financial risk ✅ Tech & Product Collaboration Work with tech/product teams to improve platform reliability, speed, and features Contribute to user journey design, issue resolution, and performance enhancement ✅ Customer Experience Leadership Oversee support team, handle escalations, and maintain high service standards Drive trust and transparency in every customer touchpoint ✅ Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs related to transactions, SLAs, customer satisfaction, and operational costs Present actionable insights to the CEO and leadership team ✅ Team & Vendor Management Lead cross-functional teams (Ops, Support, Compliance, etc.) Manage vendor relations including tech, payment gateway, logistics, or financial partners 👤 Ideal Candidate Profile 💼 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in FinTech, digital payments, or investment platforms ⚙️ Strong understanding of digital platforms, real-time transactions, and tech-enabled operations 📊 Experience managing compliance (KYC, AML, data privacy) in a regulated digital business 🔐 Knowledge of gold-related digital investment models is a big plus 🛠️ Hands-on with tools like CRM, ERP, ticketing systems, or dashboards 🤝 Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and execution skills 🎓 MBA or equivalent degree preferred 📩 Interested?
