Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational LeadershipOversee all hospital operations including clinical, non-clinical, support, and administrative services.Implement operational strategies aligned with the hospitals mission and long-term goals.Ensure seamless coordination between departments such as Nursing, Medical Services, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, HR, Finance, IT, Housekeeping, and Facility Management.2. Quality & Patient CareEnsure adherence to NABH/NABL/JCI standards and quality protocols.Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement improvement action plans.Enhance patient experience through efficient processes and service excellence initiatives.3. Compliance & SafetyEnsure full compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory norms, and hospital policies.Oversee safety programs including infection control, biomedical waste management, fire safety, and facility safety audits.4. Financial & Business OperationsWork closely with the CFO to monitor budgets, cost control measures, procurement, and resource utilization.Drive operational efficiency to improve profitability without compromising quality care.Support business development initiatives including new service lines, department expansion, and partnerships.5. Strategic PlanningParticipate in development of hospital strategy including expansion plans, market positioning, and operational improvements.Lead major projects such as digital transformation, process automation, and technology upgrades.6. Team Leadership & Human ResourcesLead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and managers.Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.Support HR in workforce planning, training, and performance management.
