About the Role

Chief of Staff to the CEO

Founders mindset

Key Responsibilities

Amplify the CEO’s impact by aligning company goals, driving the CEO agenda, and ensuring execution across teams.
Run the executive cadence—prepare CEO briefs, meeting notes, insights, trackers, and action follow-ups.
Manage cross-functional strategic projects from planning to execution.
Work closely with senior leadership to solve complex and ambiguous business problems.
Conduct data analysis, prepare presentations, business reviews, and decision-support documents.
Support the CEO in daily priorities, communication drafting, and stakeholder coordination.
Handle certain EA responsibilities including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong communication at all times.

Must-Have Qualifications

4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, sales, or similar high-impact roles.
Experience working directly with CXOs, Founders, or senior executives.
Strong problem-solving ability to structure unstructured challenges.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and take full ownership.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
