About the Role


We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the CEO. This role is a force-multiplier position — designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, loves solving complex problems, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.


You will help streamline decision-making, drive key strategic initiatives, build systems and processes, and provide leverage across hiring, metrics, and GTM execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain unparalleled exposure to every aspect of a fast-growing AI/SaaS company.


Key Responsibilities


CEO Shadowing & Strategic Support

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO — attend key meetings, capture insights, follow up on action items.
  • Assist with strategic projects across Product, GTM, Operations, and Fundraising.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and board updates.


Metrics, MIS, & Process Setup

  • Establish and maintain company-wide dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadences.
  • Build and improve systems to track performance and enable data-driven decisions.


Hiring & Organizational Development

  • Partner with the CEO in hiring for key roles.
  • Help define job descriptions, evaluate candidates, and set up interview processes.


Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare financial models, business cases, and scenario plans as needed.


Execution & GTM Enablement

  • Support GTM initiatives — including lead generation strategies, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution on priorities.


What We’re Looking For


Experience:


  • 2–5 years in management consulting, finance, or founder’s office roles.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a strong plus.


Skills & Tools:


  • Exceptional communication skills and presentation-building expertise (PPT/Google Slides).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and automation for research, reporting, and productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable with ambiguity.


Education


  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred (but not mandatory).


Traits:


  • High ownership and bias for action.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a “founder’s mindset.”
