Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans. Provide research, analysis, recommendations and aid in promoting a cohesive and integrated approach to decision- making. - Project Management: Lead and oversee strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the organisation goals, with timely and within budget delivery, ensuring successful outcomes. - Operational Streamlining: Optimize operations and processes to heighten efficiency and efficacy throughout our services, leveraging both internal and external synergies for maximum impact. - Executive Support: Act as a liaison between the CEO and Business/Functional Heads managing communications, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow and information dissemination. Assist the CEO in researching and preparing materials for presentations, reports, and strategic initiatives. Conduct background research on various topics as requested. - Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering strong connections. - Cross-functional Engagement: Collaborate across portfolios, teams, and business units to cultivate a culture of excellence and ongoing enhancement. - Decision Facilitation: Offer strategic insights to support executive decision-making, while preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate critical information to stakeholders. QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS: - 6+ years of work experience of which at least 2 years in a leadership role in either the technology or operations domain, with demonstrated success in strategic planning and project management. - Deep understanding of the technology industry. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Commercially Astute - Prior experience in a consulting or executive management role. - Knowledge of the latest IT and digital transformation trends. - Experience in change management and organizational development. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
