Position : Chief Medical Officer - Female

Exp - 10 to 15 Years in Medical officer

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior medical role.

Experience in the Plantation or Handling Occupational Health in a Manufacturing Industry in a multicultural and diverse work environment.

Only Female Doctors, Age below 50

Salary : 12 LPA to 15 LPA + Other Benefits

Work location : Valparai,

Job Profile :

The Chief Medical Officer will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for overseeing all Medical and Healthcare-related activities within the company.

This role includes Strong understanding of health regulations & developing health policies, ensuring compliance requirement with health regulations, and providing strategic direction on all health and wellness matters.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively ,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to promoting health and wellness in a corporate environment

Liaise with external health agencies and stakeholders.
