Role & responsibilities To be involved in developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile. To develop the Launch Plan for new projects including creating and executing launch initiatives and post launch market support activities. Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning. To develop vibrant concepts & creative advertising campaigns like Newspapers, magazines, radio, online as well as outdoors and manage relations with multiple creative and/or media agencies to ensure efficient and effective spending of advertising budget as per Company Policy. To develop collaterals like brochures, leaflets, walkthrough and danglers & oversee the printing, production or advertising and promotional materials in line with Company policy. To develop and execute the companys advertising campaigns and to promote awareness and increase footfalls & brand saliency. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Preferred candidate profile Agency creative background & implementation skills Leadership Skills Planning/Organizing / Implementation Skills Excellent understanding of the Real Estate local/global market and process the lifecycle of a real estate transaction. Passionate and knowledgeable about Property Marketing. Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure. Initiative & Innovative (think out-of-the box) and commitment to achieve Quality Orientation and Accuracy content.
