Chief Marketing Officer Job description About the Company: For over 40 years, Rose has been amongst India’s leading luxury jewellery houses. Founded in 1981, the Rose Group started its business as a manufacturing jeweller for jewellers. Since then, the group has expanded its operations to go beyond manufacturing and B2B, into retail through stores and exhibitions. Through its foray into retail, Rose caters to a large clientele of national and international HNI patrons. Over the past two decades, the Rose Group has grown into one of India’s leading purveyors of jewellery, watches and lifestyle accessories. Under the able leadership of Mr. Biren Vaidya and Mrs. Purnima Sheth, the Rose Group specialises in retail and is internationally recognised and accredited for its experiential luxury retail concepts. These include The Rose Salon (Mumbai and Delhi) & Rose: The Watch Bar. Currently, it has a portfolio of over 20 leading international brands that are marketed, distributed or retailed under its operations. Work Experience and Qualification Required: BSc/BA/MBA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus Work Experience in Digital Marketing and Luxury. PR experience will be a plus Job Duties: Role will require the candidate to have deep knowledge of digital, traditional, ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing, influencer marketing, print media and PR (Public Relations). Work on the development and execution of a 360 degree marketing strategy for the brand. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to formulate the group’s marketing strategy Identify potential partnerships and collaborations for the brand. Manage group’s PR and influencer strategy Manage the group’s marketing events in collaboration with partner brands Manage the company’s CRM efforts with HNI clients Work with all external agencies to ensure a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels and platforms. Establish and maintain scalable marketing processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. Requirements: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Team leader. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and PR required. Knowledge of luxury required.
