Conduct competitive benchmarking, tracking the strategies, pricing, and innovations of industry leaders. Identify potential acquisition targets, evaluating their market positioning, technology fit, and financial performance. Support M&A transactions by providing market validation, risk assessment, and synergy evaluation. Develop high-impact reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. Provide inputs on market entry strategies and new product development based on industry trends. Develop and maintain market forecasting models, providing predictive insights for decision-making. Collaborate with corporate strategy and finance teams to assess the commercial feasibility of inorganic growth opportunities. Position Demands Travel as and when required.
