Position Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to Trinity Eye Care Hospitals. This role oversees all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and risk management. The CFO ensures financial sustainability, supports business growth, and maintains compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while aligning financial strategies with the hospital’s mission and long-term goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the hospital’s financial strategy to support business expansion and long-term objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for financial planning and business decisions.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation processes.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee accounting, audit, and financial control operations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, ethical financial practices, and corporate governance standards.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage the hospital’s financial performance, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Oversee vendor payments, procurement approvals, and cash flow management.
  • Support digital transformation and automation of finance processes.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 10–15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the healthcare / hospital / service industry.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy, corporate finance, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations and compliance frameworks.
