Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in Gurugram. The CFO will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, optimizing budgets, directing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will also play a key role in advising leadership on growth strategies and financial decisions, while expertly managing risks and opportunities to align with organizational goals.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements to ensure robust and effective financial strategies.
• Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to guide decision-making and maximize organizational performance.
• Experience with Financial Reporting for accurate and timely communication of financial data to stakeholders.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance and financial best practices.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA).
• Experience in the technology or AI sector is a strong advantage.
