Organisation: Neo Hospital Job Title : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)- Hospital Industry Only Job Type : Full-time Experience : 20 years+ Qualification: CA Mandatory Location : Sec 50, Noida Job Summary: The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Ensure proper internal financial controls and monitoring. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare industry. Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support the institution's research, programs, and initiatives. Managing the application process and compliance requirements for grants and other external funding sources. Identifying and managing financial risks specific to the healthcare industry, such as changes in government funding, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity threats. Implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard the institution's assets and ensure financial integrity. Building and leading a high-performing finance team.
