Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Accounts & Finance Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ years in senior finance roles Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all aspects of our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing financial performance to support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance, accounting, budgeting, and tax functions Develop and execute financial strategies to achieve business goals Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, MIS, and forecasting Manage audits, risk assessment, and statutory compliance Collaborate with the executive team to support business planning and investment decisions Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance Proven ability to lead teams, implement systems, and drive financial growth Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹38,335.71 - ₹141,365.00 per month Work Location: In person
