Industry: Diagnostics | IVD | Medical Equipment | Healthcare Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Senior Financial Leadership Reports To: Managing Director / CEO About the Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in the Diagnostic, IVD, Medical Equipment, or Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be a financial strategist and data-driven leader responsible for driving the financial success of the organization while ensuring compliance, transparency, and integrity in all financial and data processes. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. Accounting & Compliance Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions. Data Management & Analytics Establish and manage robust financial data management systems. Drive adoption of digital tools to ensure accurate, secure, and centralized data storage and reporting. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Financial Risk Management Identify and mitigate financial risks through internal controls and risk assessment mechanisms. Manage company cash flow, investments, and capital requirements. Ensure optimal utilization of financial resources. Team Leadership & Data Education Lead, mentor, and upskill the finance and accounts team. Drive a culture of data literacy and financial accountability across departments. Conduct internal workshops on financial awareness and data integrity. Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Projects Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships. Lead due diligence processes and financial modeling for investments or expansions. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in the Diagnostics, IVD, Medical Equipment, or Healthcare industry. CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent advanced qualification. Proven experience in financial forecasting, corporate finance, and capital management. Strong command over data analytics tools, ERP systems, and financial software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Power BI, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strategic acumen. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Attributes: Exposure to international finance and compliance standards. Experience in handling financials for product-based healthcare organizations. Ability to influence cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
