Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Patna, Bihar Experience Required: 6–8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a qualified CA with a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations. Oversee cash flow, investments, and asset management. Develop strategies for financial growth and cost optimization. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Monitor internal controls and improve financial procedures. Lead the finance team and ensure timely reporting and accuracy. Key Requirements: CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is mandatory. 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounts, or audit roles. Prior experience in a leadership or strategic financial management role. Excellent knowledge of financial laws, corporate finance, and accounting standards. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
