𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼: • 𝙵̲𝚒̲𝚗̲𝚊̲𝚗̲𝚌̲𝚒̲𝚊̲𝚕̲ ̲𝚁̲𝚎̲𝚙̲𝚘̲𝚛̲𝚝̲𝚒̲𝚗̲𝚐̲: Lead the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports. • 𝙱̲𝚞̲𝚍̲𝚐̲𝚎̲𝚝̲𝚒̲𝚗̲𝚐̲ ̲&̲ ̲𝙵̲𝚘̲𝚛̲𝚎̲𝚌̲𝚊̲𝚜̲𝚝̲𝚒̲𝚗̲𝚐̲: Shape annual budgets and track performance against financial forecasts. • 𝚁̲𝚎̲𝚐̲𝚞̲𝚕̲𝚊̲𝚝̲𝚘̲𝚛̲𝚢̲ ̲𝙲̲𝚘̲𝚖̲𝚙̲𝚕̲𝚒̲𝚊̲𝚗̲𝚌̲𝚎̲: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. • 𝚁̲𝚒̲𝚜̲𝚔̲ ̲𝙼̲𝚊̲𝚗̲𝚊̲𝚐̲𝚎̲𝚖̲𝚎̲𝚗̲𝚝̲: Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks. • 𝙸̲𝚗̲𝚝̲𝚎̲𝚛̲𝚗̲𝚊̲𝚕̲ ̲𝙲̲𝚘̲𝚗̲𝚝̲𝚛̲𝚘̲𝚕̲𝚜̲ ̲&̲ ̲𝙰̲𝚞̲𝚍̲𝚒̲𝚝̲: Strengthen internal controls to maintain financial integrity. • 𝚃̲𝚎̲𝚌̲𝚑̲𝚗̲𝚘̲𝚕̲𝚘̲𝚐̲𝚢̲ ̲&̲ ̲𝚂̲𝚢̲𝚜̲𝚝̲𝚎̲𝚖̲𝚜̲: Ready to manage accounting on Tally, provide support in the migration and implementation of ERP, and maintain efficient financial systems for informed decision-making. • 𝚂̲𝚝̲𝚊̲𝚔̲𝚎̲𝚑̲𝚘̲𝚕̲𝚍̲𝚎̲𝚛̲ ̲𝚁̲𝚎̲𝚕̲𝚊̲𝚝̲𝚒̲𝚘̲𝚗̲𝚜̲𝚑̲𝚒̲𝚙̲𝚜̲: Act as the trusted liaison with auditors, investors, and financial institutions. • 𝙻̲𝚎̲𝚊̲𝚍̲𝚎̲𝚛̲𝚜̲𝚑̲𝚒̲𝚙̲ ̲&̲ ̲𝙳̲𝚎̲𝚟̲𝚎̲𝚕̲𝚘̲𝚙̲𝚖̲𝚎̲𝚗̲𝚝̲: Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: • A Chartered Accountant qualification is required, with an advantage for candidates holding either 𝗖𝗣𝗔, 𝗖𝗠𝗔, 𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗦 credentials. • 𝟭𝟬+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 as a senior financial professional in a 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆, exposure in the 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿, 𝗘𝗣𝗖, 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, will be a plus. • Candidates possessing a minimum of one year of 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗜𝗣𝗢 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗜𝗣𝗢 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, specifically those related to 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗜𝗣𝗢𝘀, will be preferred. • Mastery of financial principles, ERP systems, and accounting software. • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
