Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join Acaya at a pivotal stage of growth. The CFO will be a key member of the management team and responsible for all financial strategy, fundraising, structuring, investments, compliance, reporting, and operations as we scale our hardware and Box-as-a-Service platform globally. Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across all business lines- Build robust models for unit economics, manufacturing, and logistics margins- Manage working capital, vendor payments, and raw material procurement cycles- Raise capital through equity, debt, and grants (SIDBI, BIRAC, government support)- Partner with founders on fundraising, investor relations, investments, and due diligence- Oversee accounting, audit, tax compliance, and regulatory filings- Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams for cost control- Build and lead a small but efficient finance team aligned to scale Ideal Profile- 10–15 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or hardware startups- Proven experience in startup fundraising (Series A/B), financial modeling, and board-level reporting- Strong command of working capital management and CapEx planning- CA preferred; MBA in Finance or CFA a plus- Prior experience with public grants or government financial schemes is a bonus- High-integrity leader with hands-on approach and ownership mindset LocationGurgaon / NCR Compensation30-40 LPA + performance incentives + ESOPs
