Key Responsibilities: Corporate Restructuring: Lead mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Perform financial due diligence and valuations. Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies and restructuring plans. Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Extensive experience in financial management and corporate restructuring. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
