Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Sheet Metal Manufacturing Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra Industry: Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Auto Components Salary Range (CTC): ₹36 – ₹48 Lakhs per annum Experience: 15+ years (including 5+ years in senior leadership) Type: Full-time | On-site About Us We are a fast-growing sheet metal manufacturing company on a mission to scale sustainably and prepare for an IPO by 2028. Backed by decades of experience, solid infrastructure, and a strong customer base, we are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our next phase of growth. Role Overview As CEO, you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving profitability, efficiency, and long-term value. You will play a critical role in optimizing our core manufacturing operations, strengthening financial discipline, and building a future-ready organization aligned with our IPO roadmap. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute long-term business strategy aligned with IPO goals. Collaborate with promoters and the board to align on vision, scale, and execution milestones. Operations Management Oversee end-to-end plant operations, supply chain, quality systems, and production performance. Drive lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Financial Management Confidently read and interpret P&L statements, cash flows, and balance sheets. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost control reviews. Work closely with the finance team, and be capable of independently identifying financial inefficiencies. IPO Readiness Champion transparency, compliance, and governance systems needed for listing. Liaise with legal, audit, and financial advisors to ensure readiness for public markets. Team Leadership Build and mentor a strong leadership team across departments. Instill a high-performance culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Customer & Market Expansion Deepen relationships with existing OEMs and expand into new markets. Represent the brand at key trade shows and business forums. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Production Engineering (MBA is a plus) 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, especially in sheet metal, auto components, or industrial products Minimum 5 years in a CXO/Director/Business Head role Proven experience with operational scaling, P&L ownership, and team leadership Familiarity with IPO processes and financial governance is highly preferred What We Offer Leadership role with autonomy and direct impact High-growth environment with a clear IPO vision Competitive compensation package Opportunity to shape the future of an industrial business with legacy and ambition Compensation The CEO position offers a competitive compensation package in the range of 36-48 Lacs INR annually.
