Certinal ( a division of Zycus) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into the next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the technology and digital transformation landscape. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, operations, and performance of Certinal, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the companys strategic plan, aligning with the vision and mission of Certinal. Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead the sales team in achieving targets, expanding the customer base, and entering new markets. Marketing Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans. Ensure the brand is effectively positioned in the market and enhance brand awareness through targeted campaigns and initiatives. GTM Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market strategies that effectively introduce new products and services. Align product development, sales, and marketing efforts to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition. Market Expansion: Lead efforts to expand Certinals market presence, both domestically and internationally. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Alliances and Partnerships: Create and nurture strategic alliances with key industry players, including OEMs, resellers, and technology partners, to enhance Certinals market position and drive growth. International Penetration: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate international markets, with a focus on the US, APAC, and other high-potential regions. Drive initiatives to increase market share and global presence. Financial Stewardship: Manage the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience Qualifications Required Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in the technology products, SaaS or digital transformation sector. Strong understanding of the electronic signature industry and related technologies. Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and innovation. Extensive experience in sales strategy development and execution, with a track record of driving revenue growth. Proficiency in marketing strategy and brand positioning. Expertise in designing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in creating strategic alliances and partnerships, including OEM and reseller relationships. Proven success in penetrating international markets, particularly in the US and APAC regions. Bachelor s degree in, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
