Chief Creative Officer (CCO)

The Chief Creative Officer (CCO) is responsible for leading and managing the creative vision of the company. The CCO will oversee all creative projects, guide creative teams, ensure brand consistency, and drive innovative ideas that align with client goals and digital marketing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the creative vision, strategy, and direction for all digital marketing projects.
• Supervise and guide the creative team including graphic designers, video editors, content writers..
• Ensure all creative outputs meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Plan, organize, and manage creative workflows to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and performance teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Review and approve all creatives, concepts, scripts, and designs before final delivery.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present creative ideas, and finalize concepts.



Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in creative leadership roles, preferably in a digital marketing company.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
• Excellent skills in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
