Strategic Growth: Develop and implement the companys overall business strategy, aligned with its vision and objectives. Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape in government, global, and BFSI markets with projections for 3 years. Market Expansion: Analysing industry trends and market demands to expand into new customer segments. Product Development & Management: Collaborate with product development teams to identify market needs, develop new product offerings, and manage the product lifecycle. Ensure product alignment with market trends and customer requirements. Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with industry players and principles to expand market reach, access new technologies, and drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CBO or similar position in the IT or telecommunications industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and business transformation. Prefer understanding of the IT and telecommunications market, including key trends, competitive forces, and customer needs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
