CHENNAPATNAM FILTER COFFEE Team Leader - Tele Marketing We are looking to for an experienced telemarketing Team Lead to head up our growing telesales team. As a telesales manager, you will be responsible for training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer concerns or queries . Should have experience with telesales, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch telesales manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the telesales team, ultimately boosting company sales. Responsibilities Manage and motivate the telesales team to deliver all the details to clients in a proper way Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Handle escalated customer queries and concerns professionally. Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within telemarketing environment. Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Preferably Multi lingual (Telugu,English ,Hindi and Kannada ) Skills Excel Data analysis Effective communication Leadership Coaching and mentoring Problem-solving Customer relationship management
