Role Description

This is a full-time Chemist position located on-site in Meerut. The Chemist will perform day-to-day tasks including conducting laboratory tests, maintaining quality control processes, and participating in advanced research and development activities. Responsibilities also include analyzing chemical compositions, investigating product performance, and optimizing fertilizer formulas to support sustainable farming practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and experience handling laboratory equipment
• Strong background in Quality Control and familiarity with standard protocols
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and ensure product efficiency
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting independent Research
• Knowledge of safety regulations and chemical handling procedures
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry, Agricultural Science, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the agricultural or fertilizer industry is a plus
