Job Description

Monitor process parameters at various stages of production (UHT, filling, packing, etc.).
Conduct routine sampling and testing of in-process and finished products.
Verify and maintain records of CCPs (Critical Control Points) and OPRPs in line with HACCP guidelines.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and customer-specific quality standards.
Perform chemical and microbiological analysis for product validation.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to address process deviations or quality non-conformities.
Calibrate and maintain lab instruments to ensure test accuracy.
Prepare and maintain daily quality reports and trend analyses.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal and external audits (ISO, FSSC, customer audits, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
