Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes with high quality and presentation.
• Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and inventory.
• Work efficiently during busy hours and maintain consistency in taste.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor food stock and report shortages on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (veg & non-veg dishes).
• Strong knowledge of Indian, continental, or multi-cuisine styles.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about cooking.
