We aim to redefine the home dining experience through carefully crafted dishes that reflect both traditional and contemporary culinary styles. --- Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Cook to lead kitchen operations at our cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced food preparation, creative menu development, and maintaining high hygiene standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a delivery-based kitchen environment and is excited to shape the culinary direction of Miss Tea Foods. --- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the Miss Tea Foods menu and seasonal offerings. Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation standards across all dishes. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Oversee daily kitchen operations including inventory management and ingredient sourcing. Collaborate with the management team to update and innovate the menu based on customer feedback and market trends. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff (if applicable). Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs without compromising quality. Ensure timely preparation of orders to meet delivery deadlines. Monitor equipment functionality and ensure the kitchen is well-organized at all times. --- Requirements: Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a cloud kitchen or delivery-based food business. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards. Creativity and passion for food.
