Lady Chef – Indian, Mughlai, Chinese & Tandoori Cuisine 📍 Location: Sector 46, Noida 🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) 🗓️ Weekly Off: One day off as per roster We’re hiring a talented and passionate Lady Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team! If you love creating bold flavors and authentic dishes, this is your chance to shine. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of cuisines: Indian (with expertise in Delhi’s famous Chole Bhature) Mughlai Chinese Tandoori (Tandoori Momos, Rolls, etc.) Create and maintain a high-quality breakfast menu including Chole Bhature & Lassi (both sweet & salted) Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety protocols Assist in kitchen inventory management and daily prep Train kitchen helpers if required Collaborate with the team to improve and innovate menu items Who We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a chef/cook in the above cuisines Passion for food and creativity in cooking Strong sense of cleanliness and discipline Friendly, hardworking, and reliable Local candidates or those with nearby accommodation preferred What We Offer: Supportive work environment Cozy ambiance & well-equipped kitchen Great team and regular guests who love good food A place where your cooking will be truly appreciated!
