We’re looking for a passionate and highly skilled Indian Cuisine Expert to lead our culinary innovation. This isn’t your typical kitchen job—we’re on a mission to redefine how Indian food is scaled, replicated, and served across cities through cloud kitchens and small cafe setup. You will lead recipe development and be a co-founder, kitchen training systems, and scalable menu planning for mass appeal—all while honoring regional authenticity. Expertise: Mastery in Indian Curries (Meti Chaman, Palak paneer, tomato kaju, Sambar...) and Pan-Indian chaats (golgappa, sev puri, bhel,vadapva, misal pav Andhra Vankaya Baji ) and Sweets (Paneer Jilabi, gulab jam) and Breakfasts (Parata, Poori, Idli, Dosa, ...) and Salads Replication Skills: Ability to reverse-engineer dishes with precision and consistency. Business Acumen: Interest in scaling (cloud kitchens, franchising) and cost optimization. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local tastes and changing Recipe Accordingly through feedback. Standardize Recipes: Prepare Master Recipe and Ensure consistency, cost control, and scalability for every Recipe What We’re Looking ForProven expertise in authentic Pan-Indian cuisine. Strong replication skills—ability to deconstruct and rebuild dishes with consistent results. Awareness of regional food trends and the ability to adapt recipes accordingly.
