Chef de Partie

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking South Indian and other tiffin items with consistent quality and presentation. This includes dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, upma, etc. You will need to plan and manage daily kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with management for purchases. Training and supervising kitchen assistants and junior staff may also be part of your role. It is crucial to ensure timely preparation of orders for dine-in and takeaway customers. Collaborating with management to develop new dishes and improve menu offerings is also expected. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a reputed South Indian restaurant - Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine and tiffin preparation - Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure - Good communication and teamwork skills - Commitment to maintaining food quality and hygiene standards About the Company: Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin is a well-known restaurant in Thrissur renowned for its delicious South Indian dishes prepared with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients.
