• Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant establishment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
