Job Description

Role & responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and customer preferences. Knead, roll, and shape pizza dough to the required size and thickness. Prepare and portion toppings, sauces, and other ingredients. Operate pizza ovens and monitor baking times to ensure perfectly cooked pizzas. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring fresh ingredients are always stocked. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer orders on time. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency. Handle customer special requests and dietary restrictions when necessary. Preferred candidate profile Previous experience as a Pizza Maker, Cook, or similar role preferred. Knowledge of different pizza-making techniques, dough preparation, and baking methods. Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen.
